3. No Guarantee of Tender Award

While we strive to improve your success rate:

  • We do not guarantee winning any tender
  • Final decisions rest with government authorities
  • Tender approvals depend on eligibility, pricing, and evaluation criteria

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Submit genuine documents
  • Pay agreed service fees on time
  • Follow legal procurement guidelines

Submission of false documents may result in immediate service termination.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Service fees are discussed prior to engagement
  • Certain services may require advance payment
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Government fees, EMD deposits, and certification fees are separate from our consultancy charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, logos, and designs belongs to IndiaTenders.in and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

IndiaTenders.in shall not be liable for:

  • Tender rejection
  • Technical portal issues
  • Delays caused by government departments
  • Loss arising from incorrect user-provided data

Maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of business documents shared for service execution. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not cleared

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Vapi, Gujarat.
